At Inalpa, we want to acknowledge the work performed by Banco de Alimentos, a non-governmental organization we work with to help reduce famine, improve nutrition and prevent food waste. To achieve this, they receive food and products donations from companies, producers, supermarkets, and donors, which are then distributed among several organizations that provide food aid in Buenos Aires.

It was founded in 2000 due to the Argentine economic crisis, thanks to the initiative of a group of people who were concerned about the situation and the ongoing food waste that was observed every day.
Their first delivery took place in April 2001, and since then, they have worked non-stop to make donations reach as many people as possible.
To sustain their operations, they are supported by a community of donors, the commitment of companies and foundations, and they organize fund-raising events and marketing activities.

This organization is a bridge between those who are in need of food and those who can and wish to contribute. Therefore, at Inalpa, we support the enormous value they bring to providing food for the most underprivileged, and we contribute by delivering food so they can keep helping.
