EMPLOYEES

At INALPA S.A., our Corporate Social Responsibility policy focuses on the respect for our employees. At INALPA, we do not allow child or forced labor. Furthermore, we do not engage in or tolerate any form of discrimination, and we do not allow any type of harassment or abuse.

As to gender equality, at INALPA, women and men are treated equally, and we ensure that everyone has the same possibilities and opportunities.

COMMUNITY

We confirm our commitment to the community every day, by working together with the commune of Pavón Arriba. We have managed to provide local people and people residing in nearby towns with employment opportunities. We work together with producers from around the area and we put in place rodent control measures in the entire town through our Pest Control Services. Moreover, we donate a percentage of our production to different provinces from all around the country, providing assistance to soup kitchens, children’s homes, nursing homes and primary and secondary educational institutions with limited resources; and we sponsor the internships program for secondary and university educational institutions.

PROVIDERS AND CUSTOMERS

Within our provider assessment section, we follow-up and assist those providers who do not meet our standards.

The relationships that the company establishes with its customers and providers are based on a culture of respect and information. As part of the provider management and assessment, we include the development of those providers that do not meet INALPA’s expected standards, and we offer follow-up and assistance to comply with the required guidelines.

There is an open channel to communicate with INALPA S.A. available for consumers through the Customer Service telephone number. This phone number is not only for handling complaints, but also for clearing consumers’ doubts, receiving feedback, etc.

ENVIRONMENT

We’re a business that is strongly committed to sustainability. In consequence, we separate and recycle waste (ferrous scrap, nylon, paper and cardboard).

Additionally, we separate the effluent from our factory and we dispose of it in the communal drainage.
